Yes that the local office guys making money. U should asked about all replacement bfore his visit. i have done it . they r used to misleading people . just lodge a complaint with Talking CC . Write down every complaint ID s/numbers given to u by them.

If they didnt replace Power adapter, Remote then i will not accept the replacement. even i have the voice recorded n my Mobile while talking. they assured of replacing all 3.
