Well my schedule has been re-scheduled for tomorrow 1 pm. My work order was stuck in Mangalore office. recently TS have a new office nearby my location. after talking to Mangalore office they transfferd .
here is example of how local people looting poor guys.
Local office people told me to come there to take the new Box. their reason is that only Box replacement . if technician has to visit and replace then i have to pay Rs 400/- as service charge . I ignored and Bashed severly. said as " i know how the CC works. u have to replace in my house only for free. if not tell me i will lodge a complaint with TS CEO by sending mail directly . " their version is they has to pay for local technician and can do nothing . I said them as " i am recording our conversations and send it to Tatasky CEO "
Finally agreed to come and replace Free of cost by Tomorrow .
I am posting this to know everybody that how local people misguide poor users and loot them. surely i know that Tatasky is unaware of this . else i am using TS from few years and this is the 1st time hapenned like this.

Shameful act. The TS authority should be informed of this highly codemnable act.
Have you got your Thompson stb replaced with Technicolor mpeg 4 one?

Actually Mangalore office person is very good supportive. This is new office from TS makes the glitch.
