Update some telugu channels will also be not available after 31st july

I also got same msg Tata Sky is upgrading to MPEG4 technology. Some Telugu channels won't be available on your current connection after 31-July. For FREE MPEG4 box SMS Y to 56633 as i subscribed telugu pack since last 6 months. But my stb already replaced

I talked to CC after sending free SMS 'Y (and no response after a day) and CC raised a WO which came to the dealer as Payable, not Free. So asked him to cancel that WO. Need to send the SMS once again tomorrow !!!

I Think sending SMS is a waste of money . just talk with CC and confirm the WO for Migration STB.

Sms working for those user who get a sms from ts about mpeg4. If any one not receive then call cc and said them sms already sent, they have no system to check that we send or not. They can take your work order.

your stb is deactive so you need to recharge first and then call cc, you will get.

But Don't take any old repaired box from them. if problem is not solving then write a mail to them, i will send u list if required.

BTW Is the latest SW downloaded in the STB ? if not download manually . i think u have to download manually as OTA Didnt started yet .
