Yes we can watch Jio TV on Smart Tv if ur mobile supports screen cast.I did that on my uncle's smart TV with Samsung Galaxy A7 using cast option and it worked.So go for it and try bro best of luck..

Are you certain mobile supports VoLTE? If yes have you turned on the option in settings? Tried using jio 4G voice app? Is the colour of your sim pack blue? Did you purchase it using E KyC?
