how to know the signal quality&strength on d2h set top box.

Press Menu on Remote -------> Go to Setup -----> Go to Installation ------> Enter "1234 " as Code ----->Go to Box Settings -----> Go to Satellite Management ------> Enter Secret Code -----> Signal & Quality Strength will be available .

PS: Secret Code is 4th, 6th, 8th & 10th digit of your Smart Card

I have realign the dish but still i am facing this problem.

I'm all happy with D2h services.was facing rain fade issue previously but after realignmnt of dish,signal strength is 100 & Quality is 75..so it remains all well jst beside heavy rains else services run fine during drizzle n low rain...mail dis issue to ur nodal officer with ur custmr Id n ask him to send efficient technician who can realign ur dish at roof top to max signal strength n quality!
