Connect any USB 3.0 pendrive or hard disk and format from d2h remote .I contacted Customer care and had my Recording function activated and shows on my login on their website as activated
However when I go to PVR settings it still says PVR FUNCTIONALITY NOT AVAILABLE
I have not connected a HDD or flash drive as yet. Do I have to attach a HDD before it is active??
Any advice appreciated
Now based on my email, they have activated the service and also tested the recording.The customer care executive, after verification straight away told me that activation facility is not available for 4k box. I didn't get any OTP. Any how , after receiving reply to my mail I will update the position in this thread.
