Got it done finally!! Did HD identification topup and refreshed my ac, and one of it did the trick... Now getting le plex hd.

What is HD identification now apart from Max HD.

What is HD identification.

HD identification topup is free topup, which is usually activated by default when you take hd connection. Whenever an hd topup is updated or any free hd channel preview is given, airtel only refreshes/updates those accounts having hd identification topup, even if they are not subdcribed to any hd channel. So if you don't have hd identification topup, even if you are having hd channels, your account wont be refreshed on hd channel addition to pack / free preview.
