I had a spare Videocon box laying around for a year and recently I bought a second tv and thought to use that box.
So I subscribed through a-la-carte package through website (in website it shows that the package is active) and now when I view the subscribed channels I am getting "E-100-4 : Service Issue" error message.
I have tried refreshing the account through website and mobile but the error message still happening.
I will be thankful if anyone was help me to resolve this issue.
