HELP E-100-4 : Service Issue

I had a spare Videocon box laying around for a year and recently I bought a second tv and thought to use that box.

So I subscribed through a-la-carte package through website (in website it shows that the package is active) and now when I view the subscribed channels I am getting "E-100-4 : Service Issue" error message.

I have tried refreshing the account through website and mobile but the error message still happening.

I will be thankful if anyone was help me to resolve this issue.

I tried calling their support line earlier but they asked address to send technician and charge of 200/=. Money is not a issue but since I am in Colombo I don't think it's possible.

Do you have balance in your d2h account. If yes, share your Customer ID to Vadirocks or Ajai in Private Conversation. They might help you.
Thanks for the reply I have balance in my account and when try to view both of their profile pages I am getting "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." but I have already verified this account.

I am not able view any of the members profile page in the site. so I am not able send private conversation.

so here is customer id and the box is switched on.
