It seems a bigger conspiracy . That ex armyman wrote complaint on 31st and committed suicide next day. How can someone expect resolution in just one day. Moreover the issue seems to be with bank and not with govt.

We will get to see many such conspiracy daily, with such events Indian Army's moral too will go down which was quite high 2 days back.

I don't think Indian Army morale will be effected. They know what OROP is and all those who understand don't have any issues.
