How to get a replacement for Airtel SIM which is not working ?

Hello everyone,
I have an Airtel SIM and I have been using it for 3 years, but for last few days, it is not getting detected in any handset. Anyone has any idea how can I get my SIM replaced with a new 4G SIM?

You can ask this in airtel gallery they may replace it with a u sim which is 4g compatible some gallery charge for that I.e 25 ₹

Bro It very simple please carry your ID proof if there or if you know the details just inform them in the store name address and feq call number it s enough you will get the new sim with same number 4G its free non chargable take it from only Airtel Showroom dont take it from Distributor or retailar they will charge and the activation will take 24 hrs in Airtel Showroom only 15 mins

I got my airtel sim changed yesterday. I just went and asked him for a sim change and he changed it without any document and fees. he just askedm me to send a message to 121 and then handed me over a new sim.
