d2h Merger?

Hi Friends, got to know that Dish TV has bought d2h. Did some search on Internet in Google news section and found that deal will conclude in two weeks. News was dated 2nd November 2016..Not sure if this information is true.. Members please comment. Here is the link to video. Let see but I still feel it's like Sun Direct - RDTV deal.

Also Dishtv registered house didn't changed to Mumbai because of d2h
