Its Not A Easy Process

For That They Have To Do Sooooo Many Things

Exactly, because they're not on co-located sats. One is at 88e and other at 95e. If they are to share tps, customers would have to have dual antenna setup.. Imagine having to use 2 dishes for one connection!!

In a major deal that is set to impact the broadcast sector, Videocon d2h is set to merge with Dish TV. The board of directors of both the companies have approved a scheme of arrangement for the amalgamation of Videocon d2h into Dish TV and the execution of definitive agreements in relation to such amalgamation.

Following the closing of the proposed transaction, the merged entity will be renamed as Dish TV Videocon
