HELP Channels changing automatically

Really confused , stored and saved channels from 11170 also showing no signal [ it was store before 4 to 5 days ago]

I have raised this issue last Saturday...when i was watching a recorded movie...it automatically changed to Sony Pix....but its not repeating again for me...you just switch off and on the main of the STB...hope this problem gets solved...

yes this problem has happened to me multiple times in the past, best way is too switch off the stb from the mains and re start it generally solves the problem ..
