Took new HD connection and facing few issues

Saturday I took Tatasky HD connection as a temporary replacement for d2h for 6 months and will give it to my parents who is using sun direct.

After installing tatasky connection, I felt the picture looks dull then I adjusted the brightness and colour and looks okay now.

But I'm facing couple of other issues, my epg is getting hanged only half of the epg is coming sometimes.

Once the epg itself was not coming, then after restart it came.

Also the picture quality is not great, do I need to adjust some thing.

Call the TataSky helpline.. Seems some issue with set-top box. They'll fix it in no time

My Personal Observation I am telling Tata sky wont look good in sony TV.ADTV looks bright in sony where as Tata sky looks good in LG Tvs where as ADTV looks pale in LG TV.It is my own experience might be differ from others.

Even I felt the same after installing tatasky.. I have to increase the brightness and colour... For me d2h looks brighter and tatasky look pale.. I have not tried airtel..

Airtel looks more bright than any DTH in Sony.it looks perfect.

BTW I'm Facing Slowness In Channels Changing From Tata Sky HD Technicolor STB

It's Not As Much As Good As Earlier!
