Took new HD connection and facing few issues

I forwarded the email to ceo email and got the call immediately.
And technician visited in the evening and he saw the issue and downloaded new software version 107 and i don't the problem for now.
He gave his manager number to call anytime if the issue is seen.

I'm noticing the following change after the software update.

Previously channel 100 was the first channel to come after switch on. Now i'm getting channel 99 as the first channel.

Even in old Software when u turn on the STB u get Channel 99, then the test channels, and ch.100

Its normal Bro, ur facing no issues.

Thanks Anish Pai then its fine.

I'm seeing the same issue again after the software update as well. Again called the technician, he told he will replace with new box in the morning.

You have got a good technician. Helpful, as some are very rude, and dont take interest to help.
It's because I have sent the email to Tatasky ceo and a guy called from CEO office and monitored the issue. So, the technician was so polite and helpful.

Then all ur issue will be sorted. Keep that number handy. Ur journey with TS will be great.
