I forwarded the email to ceo email and got the call immediately.
And technician visited in the evening and he saw the issue and downloaded new software version 107 and i don't the problem for now.
He gave his manager number to call anytime if the issue is seen.
I'm noticing the following change after the software update.
Previously channel 100 was the first channel to come after switch on. Now i'm getting channel 99 as the first channel.
