That's not true. There are many channels in D2h which are complimentary but given in all kind of long term recharge offers. Same has happened in Tata Sky too previously.

Forget about complementary channels, any channel can be removed from any package as per the terms and conditions mentioned on all dth websites.

Ok Ok.. Imagine I proposed a pack to you only on the basis that it has "ALL" SD and HD Channels in it, & then, once you have purchased it, I start removing both SD & HD according to my whims and fancies.. Justifiable in any which why? No.

Its not justified but this is how DTH or MSO works. Every year channels needs to renew their license and they have their own terms and conditions.

That's the reason even TRAI has allowed to remove channels but prior to informing the consumers. Only right we have is to demand same genre channel in place of removed channel.

Bhai itni problem ho rahi hai toh file a complaint o pgportal.gov.in or go toh mib website and talk to joint secretary or his assistant. More over it seems you are not ready to listen what other people are trying to inform even with proofs.

Also when I was using airtel dth, I was on annual pack and at the time of subscribing radio channels were part of the pack but later on they removed saying it's not technically feasible any more. On complaint to pgportal.gov.in after many month I got the refund for the same.

Yes, I have already filed a complaint & that was just a general discussion happening over an issue that could have affected atleast some, if not many of us.

So don't be so judgemental!

i would be really happy if you managed to take refund from them. Whenever some gets refund from Airtel i feel happy from within.

But it's never a easy task while taking a refund or getting something done from airtel. You have to be very adamant.

That reminds me, on my brothers connection they activated a channel for Rs. 42 in the month of November and I discovered it in month of December. On calling CC they immediately refunded the amount. I asked them how did it get activated, they said it was activated from backend. If I want I can drag them to pay fine to Govt for this act.

I opted for infinity pack last week I will check if the mini plex channels are coming or not after 25 days . Thanks for information.
