The law was made in 1950. India didn't even have a TV channel back then. Forget about free trade and business. Laws were made but it doesn't mean ridiculous or useless laws cannot be changed.

Wealthiest means happiest ? Just compare in India how many people's are wealthy in Chennai - Bengaluru compares to Patna. Yet they're sad.

Our law is applicable in India and why we expect others to follow the same?

Its not about Law or Anything. It was related to Indian sentiments.

I won't feel good if someone cleaning his ass from our National Flag either in India or anywhere in the world. So, wherever such things are caught should be protested strongly and same was done by Sushma Swaraj. Although banning Visa was too much.

I don't think MIB will take Swami seriously. Infact no one in BJP takes him seriously.
