In that case, I think you stratagems to be unaware movies shown by d2h as addon are same which showcase is showing as PPV.

They show 4 latest and PPV kinda movies in rs 60. And the best part is that you can watch one movie for complete one week and can even record for future viewing too.

By the way these movies are not latest. These are released almost 3 - 4 months ago. If you want to watch latest blockbuster movies you have to go to theater/multiplex. There is no way around. If you can wait for almost 3 -4 month from the date of release of movie, wait for another 1 -2 month these movies will be telecast on hindi or english movie channels anyway which you have already subscribed in your base pack. As there are so many movie channels and they are very aggressive in buying satellite right of these movies so that they can telecast on their channels and make their TRP high in this digital era. So, you don't need to subscribe showcase or d2h cinema. :)

Now point is, if Kamal Haasan's movie Vishwaroopam or any other movie telecast on DTH on the same release day, will d2h provide it on d2h cinema at Rs 60 per month ? :thinking:

I don't think so. As far as I can remenber Vishwaroopam price was set at something similar to Rs 400 .

No need to watch movie on PPV, because channels are also in hurry to show premier. Ex. Himmatwala has being telecasted since from 3 week as PPV on dth and it also coming on zee cinema on 31 aug along with HD option.

You are making a mistake. D2h movie and Showcase are different. One is Movie addon and the other is Pay per view service(event based). In showcase you pay for particular event not for whole month. Idea behind showcase is completely different from d2h movie. You cannot compare these two. If you want to compare d2h movie then I think you can compare it with HBO hitz,HBO define, Star Movies Action or similar channels which has no or very few adds.

If you have not watched these movies on theater till now, wait for few more days these movies will automatically telecast on movie channels subscribed in base pack.

d2h cinema and showcase are similar as they SHOWN same movies. Only different is that on showcase we can select a movie and watch full day but only one and in d2h cinema in same price we same movie for entire moth along with other 3 movies. So showcase and d2h cinema is same only d2h is known for its low price and they do same for showcase too

Really. Then D2h subscribers are very lucky to be able to watch Iron Man 3 at just Rs 60 pm. I would love that. I will buy d2h for my second TV sure..

Yes, suniel bro I agree with u about d2h cinema.... 4 movies devided in 60rs (15Rs. per movie) .... Difference is low cost.... D2h had removed PPV channels and Introduced New type of PPV service....

Also PPV movies are not 3-4 months old. You have some misconception.

These are merely 3-4 weeks old. So, all those movies which are missed is theatre is Certainly a economical deal watching it on d2h cinema.

I have got 12 Showcase movies free otherwise I would have never subscribed such costly pay per view.
