My frend is is working in Jio for headend and they have done all setup for cable tv even they are doing aggrement with LCO for launching there service all over India

I think by the name of broadband they will launch this Jio cable.

Its a cable TV as they have brought QAM modulators but as the main aim of Jio is internet they might go for DOCSIS or a all in one Triple Play service

IPTV to hoga hi. coz I've seen Ambani emphasizing too much on IP technology in his speeches.
Also a Jio Engineer was telling that Jio IPTV will be launched after expansion of fibercable network in residential areas.
But currently jo STB images leak ho rahi hai, unko dekh ke lagta hai ki cable tv bhi hoga. :|

It's going to be what we are experiencing on Jio Play. Only enhancement initially would be having channel numbers and extra value added services.
