It means its not from m tunes network
Zee already has the license, and it is running Zee Punjabi in US/UK. They had to shut it down as they had sm issue with PTC networm owned by the Akalis who had full control over Punjab and its Cable business.
Akalis seems to be loosing Punjab hence Zee trying to relaunch it it seems. Or probably Subhash Chandra using his BJP contacts has managed to break the ice.
