As per info, has got some info about tata sky and isro's matter. As discuss earlier we are kneen to know why ts not taken any legal action on Isro. From two year ts is waiting but no action by isro so ts had put a deadline to isro i.e end of aug 2013 but till now isro not provided contracted tp to ts. Now in sept tata sky is going to take legal action. Now this is been interesting that isro will provide capacity ? Or face to legal action.

ya still not, but dont know if they give any assurance to ts ceo. Because this information is from tata sky's media centre. I think isro is ready to provide some capacity because from some days sir you and Shubham found some activity in air. In next month all things will be clear.

Its a need of time, now the water is passed over the neck. Over 5 Years has been passed by waiting & patience, now Ts needs to do there work/legal action quickly On Isro,truth is always wins, Go ahead TS. I am sure either its a result of friendship of isro & sun or any other operator doesn't want to give Tps To Ts.

But Good That Migration Process is running simultaneously which allow to TS to add more channels in existing space.

No wonder there is a flurry of activity with GSat 10 ( as mentioned in the other thread). That means ISRO wants to test the Sat and handover the TP's to TataSky rather than face legal action.
