The Vernal Equinox 2017 predicted sun-outage is happening between 28th February to 23rd March 2017.

Sir, this issue arises because of interruption in transmission of satellite signals due to solar radiation.

Sun Outages is for all DTH and Broadcasters, C band, Ku Band and other bands. This happens across the world with all satellites.
It happens when the Satellites come inbetween the Earth and the Sun, its like an eclipse.
