P, as the image is scanned as a whole before transmitting and in I, the images are scanned in odd and even lines
in simple words, 1080 P is 5 times better than 1080 i.
but in india, all hd channels are in 1080 i only.
ADTV set top box just gives an option of 1080 p but channels are in 1080 i only.

7 hd channels will be added in the next few weeks which also includes two regional hd channels.
senior cc / floor supervisor have the information of that.

bro.... hd channels' pq also depends on the tv brand.
e.g. i m getting better pq on my sony led than lg led.
so, Tata sky + sony tv would have better pq than LG+adtv

So bitter chance for k tv hd. More chance for nat geo wild HD, Travel xp HD, MTV beats HD, Vh1 hd.
