Breaking News Airtel added 6 HD channels from SES 9

he need to restart his STB. If that doesn't work, he need to reset the STB

When he selects SES9 TP he gets no signal on all channels and even the new channels no signal.

What is the procedure to scan in NDS firmware STB ???

Ask him to enter ses 9 tp details and check whether his stb receives signal.
If received do channel scan

Ajai bro, he did STB reset and then selected SES9 TP, he gets no signal on all channels. When he selects SES7 the default TP he gets signal on all channels except the newly added HD channels.

What is the procedure for STB scan, as in NDS there is no option. What can be done ???
