Important Sound coming in HD channels in when the sound in TS HD+ box is @ 0 level

Guys i wanted to let you know that sound in HD channels are coming even when sound level is reduced to 0 level in the STB...

I am using HD+ box...is any one facing the same issue...

I assume you have connected Home theater / AVR
This is default behaviour,

For HD channels, which output Dolby the sound can be controlled through AVR

I have my HD+ box connected to AVR.

From my analysis, this is default behaviour even in other DTH who provide Dolby output like Airtel and D2H

Oh Yeah this have noted couple of days before....i started to use HTS a week before...I guess you are right....

Yeah, your AVR is error free. This might be error from service providers.

I am getting audio in my TV too even in zero level in all channels from TS STB.the audio is very low . i am feeling the audio is coming from bacground . if i increase the level to ONE and the audio seems coming from the front . i think its not a issue but default in STB and minimum Volume be always there and we cant minimise it to zero. if we mute then the audio is not coming.
