HELP Reg New Videocon HD Smart Connect

I just made an upgrade from HD to smart connect HD...this was treated as multi room connection by videocon ..they were charging for 2 boxes..after numerous calls and complaints, they removed all channels from old box but still its active..new box i asked for south silver sports plus HD but they activated south platinum HD..i tried to downgrade but CC say it will take 4-5 days ...really frustrated

try emailing them and nodal officer.
