You aren't getting it man. There is no such thing called HD Add-on in Tata sky. It is HD access fee for that Pack.

It is possible..

95/- is applicable as HD access fee for My99's Base pack and 1 mandatory regional/add-on pack's HD variants. Won't get other Add-on pack's HD channels.
