so................ still to wait for another update version?????????? oh my god...........
Since my last email to D2H yesterday i am almost bombarded by calls from their service team, today again i got a call from mumbai number +22 425-550-00., which i verified on true caller it belonged to D2H team.
As if now they said that i can use the new box with old software .... and not sure but i would quote "The new software has minor glitches which needs to be fixed some STB are unable to load the new software thus there are issues. D2H will not send any further OTA software for the coming weeks till they fix the current issue."
Moreover he affirmed me that post software update if i again face the same problem they would upgrade the box to a new model.
So as if now guys do not expect a update ....

I must tell you sunnysep1 that you are very lucky and i don't know in which state you live but it's entirely different than gujarat. I followed same strategy of you but No reply of my mail but got call from cc and they noted down my complaint but it's evening now and still engineer didn't came....and also not ready to replace my STB...

hahahahah again the software..... fails.............. there is no software expert in d2h?????????? but TS update very frequently to smoothen their STB............... so disappointing

I would not say that i am lucky rather i would say i escalated the problem to the right people. Do some google search ... may be linked in search .. try and find the right people... write a strong yet polite email. Post your comments on FB... Do the due diligence.. and i am sure u will get your problem resolved.
