Most dths suffer rain outage unless you get good signal and quality.

Sometime its show no signal even if little black clouds are present.
Sometime even in heavy rain it continues its service without any problem.

actually hathway kolkata have rain problem..YESSSSSSSSSSS..strange..but true..siti did not have that problem...but in last 8 month..when ever heavy rain started..within 10 min ..freeze..glitch....started..not in my connection..all over hathway Kolkata....and in rain there HD always freeze..and they charged 2400 per year for this freezing special HD..lol..within my area..all most all customer who bough HD box simply return then to LCO..because no one wants to pay per year 2400 in advance for 15 hd..with pathetic service.........hathway KOLKATA totally ver very bad condition...

day by day freezing problem increasing in hathway..some LCO changing from hathwya to other MSO...this is very sad..big MSO like hathway dont deserve this...but..now a days almost in every 1-2 minute picture get freezed for every channel..in every where in Kolkata
