Zee 24 Kalak is already on air "testing", they already have Zee Salaam which they themselves converting into a News Channel.

I don't think at this point of time they able to enter at Malayalam market it's too late for them post their JV with Asianet.

Yes Mazhavil Manorama is a good option but it's a part of big media house and they selling their number 2 malayalam channel is not that practical.
Inorganic growth in Malayalam seems difficult unless they buy Flowers which has lost its initial fizz making it not a very attractive investment.

They are planning not only for Indic language channels, but also Non-Indic language channels for world like Zee Mundo, Zee.One, Zee World, Zee Aflam, Zee Alwan, Zee Bollynova, Zee Living etc which are not available in India.

These channels do not have much of original content. It's all Hindi Movies and Zee network serials dubbed in other languages viz Arabic, Russian, French, Thai, Spanish etc meant for the local audience in the respective countries.
