As per my knowledge, Airtel and TS only doing this practice of disconnection charges.

So, imagine how much illegal money they would have made till now.
It's Rs. 25 for 90 days. Only once we can use this facility in a year.

Please explain. Is DTH licensing term( Given by Govt ) states that DTH service provider cannot charge for reconnection of a discontinued connection or suspended connection ? I mean similar to 3G roaming which is illegal. Is TATASKY violating DTH licensing term ? Now it is a different thing that not all DTH service provider charge that. TATASKY charges for that and it is stated clearly in their terms & conditions. And we agree those terms and conditions while joining TATASKY. So that may vary according to company policy. So please provide some source in TRAI website or other GOVT website or similar as if this is illegal I am going to sue TATA(SKY.

Yes, TRAI has clearly mentioned not to charge any kind of late fee or Reconnection charge as this is a prepaid business.
Have you been even charged late free for not Recharging your mobile number? No because it's illegal. I purchased the product and I purchased the recharge a cording to my convenience. Now who the hell is this DTH operator to put fine on my fundamental right whether to recharge or not. It's My money and my wish if I recharge or not recharge.
Once I come online on laptop, I will share the TRAI regulations details.

This is all because of bloody politics of our country. We cant blame to TRAI. Whenever TRAI try to follow strict guideline then these corporate company have strong leadership. Recently we seen all drama about ad cap rule. Ad cap rule is in industry from 1999 but now implemented, why? If you think because of TRAI then you are absolutly wrong. It deu to strong channels group want it to stop new entrance in fully digitize market. Big developed country's corporate industry is running by politics but India's politics is running by corporate industry.

Even Zee TV and Sony when launched were niche channel but see today they are as common as DD.
And it's always profitable to lessen the channel price and make available to all so that viewership increases. If limited people will keep Watching the channel, viewership will never be satisfactory.
Even Zee Q which is high priced and niche channel was made available by d2h in free viewing for a particular time frame.
But this Tata was so poor and disgusting in making deal that not a single day free viewing happened for this channel.
