Tata Sky should have proactively activated this channel for all customer and then would have alerted that this is a premium channel and once validity is completed it will no more be available and needs to be subscribed as a la carte.

Completely agree with you. That was the point I was arguing with Tata sky. Hope they take that as feedback before introducing any more special channels.

Bro, they are doing this intentional. If they would be honest and in good spirit, they won't have done such mess up with packages.

I would still suggest them to remove that clause which states that all new channels will be part of Mega Pack. You don't commit. We don't get. Everyone remains happy.

The word free is not available in TATASKY dictionary. So better to forget. But the good side is that there is a word called Jingalala offer available in their dictionary.

I bashed a mail to ceo and today got a call.(I am subscribed to annual mega HD pack) The person offered me annual subscription of SWP HD for Rs.180(which was remaining balance in my account) or FREE for 3 months. I opted it free for 3 months..!!!
