HELP Dish NXT HD Setup Box

Anyone here in this forum, Using Dish Nxt Setup Box..

I have recently purchased Dish NXT HD Setup box.
And from the first day it takes time to start.
Dish CC says that its normal.
Sometime it didnt even show Welcome to dishtv logo. And red light blinks for a long time than usual.
If Anyone here have the same box, then please help me with this, that its normal or i should exchange it..
HELP.

See below steps as in that case iam not able to see logo and also take more time than normal to start..

Iam giving you a situation, try and tell me result..

1. Switch off your setup box from remote.(means go to stand by mode)

2. Then After that Switch it OFF from main switch.

3. Then Switch ON from main switch.

And then see no welcome to dishtv logo will come and even take time to start when blinking of red light stops and become constant, at time when red light become constant remote (Power On button) didnt work for another minute.

Check and tell me if this happens with yours setup box too..

You needs to open TPs section, press red button to go to settings you will see Flash there this is what is there in old box.
