Logo is too big and does it has 5.1 surround sound?

Yes..It's having 5.1 Dolby Surround.
One con is there is no Subtitles.
Regarding logo It seems big in snaps but in actual there is no much difference than Star World HD. here in premiere they have Star World written in very small latter and Premiere in Big...overall it is same as Star World
