Update Sun Direct is not working

Since today morning Sun Direct is not working.
Getting E133_4 Service currently scrambled.
What kind of DTH is this yaar. completely irritating.

yes.you need to change because all HD channels are in HEVC format now.

Sun direct is upgrading HD Set top box. 2 days back they have changed my HD box (STB, Remote, HDMI cable) at free of cost. There is one problem with new HD Box in recording function, SD recorded content could play with audio and video. Where as HD recorded content is playing with audio alone.
