But it's not uplinking from India so no issue with licence from Mib.
As it is the programming is different for Zee TV India, Zee TV USA, Zee TV Canada, Zee TV Europe so having 2 channels with same name won't make difference.
Additionally zee can't immediately risk removing "Big" as well as "Magic" both the names from the channel.
Malayalam GEC is under process and will ensure launch soon. MALAYALAM News channel is in final stages to be launched in couple of months.
For Assam it might be a takeover of GEC & News channel. If it doesn't materialise atleast new news channel can be expected in 6-12 months.
Some inroads in Punjabi market is expected in terms of GEC/Movies channel.
Zee is planning to launch a news channel for North-East
Zee is planning to launch a GEC and a news channel (launching soon) for Kerala and a news channel for North-East.
May be next is Sony SAB, which will be FTA channel
