1 HD = 3 SD
So they can add 39-40 or 13 HD chs in Dvbs2 Tp with fec of 5/6.

Yes, I think they will not do it, because now it will give effect on signal & dvbs2 signal is little weaker as dvbs tps always in rain.

I think no dth in 36 MHz band.

They will keep space for one HD channel empty as they will need to add Six HD for IPL in April 2014 ...
