Let me confirm it and only active subscribers can get as per website info
having same issue dont know what to doCurrently my account is active and it was inactive last month. Did checked with Tata sky they dont have my subscriber details in their record. Is it possible for me to migrate to Tata sky. Please help. Thanks!

rdtv officially shared the database as they are tied up.I think active / deactive doesn't matter.
But this is the first time i am hearing ts have rdtv customer database.
cc is unable to help, i dont want adtvtalk with CC and let's see what they say and also try with adtv too
shoul i mail them ?Call your state nodal officer on weekdays.
Recharge your rdtv for rs.200 in rs.100 denominations and see if the channels are working, then call CC to say the connection is activeshoul i mail them ?
