just checked other dth packs they are much cheaper than the LOOT SKY...their service is not up to mark as per we expect from them we all seen what a pooooooooooorrrrr service by them yesterday when some of our members had chat with them...i am thinking to change my LOOT SKY HD what u say guys....????

My third call paid off at last by eleven in the midnight I got all pending three channels activated but could not understand the explanation advanced by the CC guy. My a/c shows all three sd channels as a la carte in my web portal. And a/c status modified by inscribing the words ten crick added' by an alert on my stb.

Soon when they add ten golf then they will surely incorporate it in ten pack and then the price of ten pack will be more than 100

Dipayan buddy i can change but initial cost of every dth hd player is high and i have also to purchase 2 boxes as i am having 2 hd connections...waiting for hindi mpeg4 migration and then channel addition; after that the whole picture will be clear...:(:(:rolleyes::unsure:

I am also facing the same issues.....Having 2 STBs...1 HD PVR and the other is normal PVR.....

In 2006 i have purchase TS for Rs4,500...then exchanged that STB with PVR by paying Rs8,000 and then purchased a normal STB for my 2nd connection for Rs. 1,500 and swapped that STB with HD PVR for Rs6,000....Put together approximately i would have spent Rs. 20,000 for STB alone for the last 7 Year which means i spent Rs. 3,000 approximately for STB alone....also i have paid Rs. 700 as i changed my pvr and HD PVR box once since it got repaired.....

Certainly it would be foolish from my end to spend more to change the operator........

Ceo already explain, some channels are costly and we can't provide in base pack. Option is either ignore that channel or leave choice on user.
