EntMnt Xclusive TEN Pack is included TEN HD

I activated TEN pack via myportal, I can view only TEN HD.

Other 3 SD TEN channels are not coming. Chat with TS CC, he asked me to disconnect all the cables from settop-box and re-connect. What a foolish work-around is it.

Still am not able to view SD channels. CC raised a complaint request.

^^Right me too facing same problem. Activated Ten Combo pack @Rs.85/- pm could only view HD contents no Ten Sports or Action or Cricket. Called CC twice first a lady executive advised to send usual SR SMS to 56633 which I didn't do again a male CC personnel asked me to have patience for 24hrs since there is a technical glitch expected to be rectified within stipulated time forwarded my id to technical department. Let's see......

What the cost of Mega HD pack

I think I have made an annual recharge of Rs 6800 . No idea about monthly recharge.

So its not for Grands Sports Pack + HD Access also...not good from TS.

Simple funda...you have to pay for every addition of HD channel in some way...
Just wait when Zee Cinema HD is added. Now this is a classic example where all base packs have this channel in SD. And anyone who is paying HD access fee must get it. But that time, they will change some rule or fee in such a way, that for this addition eventually you pay more.

Zee Cinema is Not a part of Minimum base Pack . any way they might ask for Hindi Movies pack to be subscribed...
