Heard it's a useless channel like Star Ustava all repeated programs? But it's notable that TS has been adding on Zee network channels continuously. There must have been some compromise between both Zee and Star groups.

Because they (will) have enough space after migrating to MPEG 4 as they can accommodate lots of channels(looks like 45+) in a single Tp. So Just imagine (as they have 12 Tp). No channel is crap. BTW it's not a wasting of space it is a good ch.
