My company is doing well with First Flight. I am under yearly contract with them. Never faced any issues except 1 situation in which they have tried their best to resolve the issue.

Well my 1st experiance with First flight is not good ..
My parcel was dispatched on 4th oct and i didnt recieved till yesterday. i tracked the shipment and it showed as deliverd on 7th oct . Quickly sent a mail to shopclues and they responded . later searched for the Mangalore office contact number. i called them and they searched . then quickly sent to me . it was there from 7th oct itself and they recieved with fake signature .
