The Offer is only for Tata Sky subscribers who have subscribed to Tata Sky services (“You”) and whose connection is active on the date and during the duration of this offer. Tata Sky subscriber means a subscriber who avails the Offer and activates his Tata Sky Service during the Offer Period. W.e.f. 12 Oct 2013, on every single purchase of a Tata Sky HD connection or a Tata Sky+ HD connection via credit card / debit card / net banking or COD at the Helpline, you will get a discount on the charges currently applicable to the purchase of the respective connection only on returning the existing Tata Sky set top box.

What do you get in this offer?
This offer entitles you to a discount on the charges currently applicable to the purchase of a Tata Sky HD connection or a Tata Sky+ HD connection on returning the existing Tata Sky set top box.

The offer entitles you to:
On returning the existing Tata Sky set top box:

  1. You can purchase Tata Sky+ HD connection at Rs 4990.(Discount of Rs 1190 on the charges currently applicable to the purchase of a Tata Sky+ HD connection which are currently Rs 6180)

    Or
  2. You can purchase Tata Sky HD connection at Rs 990.
    Discount of Rs 1609 on the charges currently applicable to the purchase of a Tata Sky HD connection which are currently Rs 2599.
    On both the offers, there will be 1 month waiver of HD Access Fee.


How to avail the offer?
Call the Tata Sky Helpline.
Ask for a Tata Sky HD connection or a Tata Sky+ HD connection through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / COD.
Return the existing Tata Sky set top box and:

  1. Instead of the regular price of Rs 6180, you have to pay only Rs 4990 for Tata Sky+ HD connection.
  2. Instead of the regular price of Rs 2599, you have to pay only Rs 990 for Tata Sky HD connection.
Terms and Conditions: General

  1. This offer is valid till 30 Nov 2013. You can purchase a maximum of 4 Tata Sky HD connections or Tata Sky+ HD connections as you wish during the offer period by returning equal number of set top boxes.
  2. This offer is available to you at the Helpline for a purchase through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Baking / Cash on Delivery. The HD Upgrade offer is also available with dealers. If you wish to upgrade from a dealer, you can upgrade to a Tata Sky HD connection at Rs 991 and Tata Sky+ HD connection at Rs 4991.
  3. The HD Upgrade offer is available only on returning the existing Tata Sky set top box. If you wish to retain the existing Tata Sky set top box, you can purchase an additional Tata Sky HD connection at Rs 2599 and Tata Sky+ HD connection at Rs 6180.
  4. The current regular prices, which are – Rs 2599 for a Tata Sky HD connection and Rs 6180 for a Tata Sky+ HD connection may change in future. Please check the website www.tatasky.com for updates.
  5. Both special prices of Rs.990 and Rs.4990 are inclusive of box buyback credit. The current Exchange bonus (Rs 300 on purchase of Tata Sky HD & Rs 750 on purchase of Tata Sky+ HD) on returning existing box will be discontinued. Consequently no exchange bonus will be credited to subscriber’s account on returning the old box.
  6. All boxes bought by subscriber under the exchange offer will carry 12 months all inclusive warranty.
  7. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. The Tata Sky HD box or Tata Sky+ HD box and the other Consumer Premise Equipment under this Offer (together referred to, as the ‘Tata Sky hardware’) is provided to you on entrustment basis without any consideration and Tata Sky Ltd. has perpetual full legal and equitable rights of ownership over the same.
  9. You will have to pay the entire amount of Rs 990 for Tata Sky HD connection or Rs 4990 for Tata Sky+ HD connection to avail this offer. The transaction will not be complete in the event the entire amount is not paid or the box is not returned.
  10. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on www.tatasky.com or Tata Sky Helpline.
  11. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the Offer or to withdraw it completely.
  12. By availing the Offer, You hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Offer.
  13. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
  14. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, the terms of the Subscription Contract shall be binding. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
