Punit Goenka already cleared that upcoming Zee Malayalam & Zee Punjabi both channels will be completely new channels. He admitted that at first their strategy was to buy any existing popular channel, but no scope they found.

Yep they'll launch new channel but may later merge Flowers with it.
Flowers has some good non fiction content which can be replicated in other regional markets as well.
