And Custome Data base is still in rcom server like if u click my account it redirects to rcom website , stll they using old website they dint changed the website still ADAG Group of website link is present they dint revamped or changed the UI of reliance big tv website and stb software using same brand name this this was a marketing gymik by rcom to attract customers as i know reliance big tv was not loss making company yes they were not opting new customers but the old customer were recharing there connection regularly last year before shutdown announcement many customers rechared for two years by paying 10k

They are constantly changing graphics on their website. This shows how well prepared they are.
Instead they should add list of channels in FTA and paid category and also give list under ₹300 plan which they will offer after 1 year. The suspicion is quite high..just having Reliance as their company name can't make them reliable.

Enquired customer care about this offer..they don't have any specific date of end of this offer..just saying limited period offer. Also he said they will offer 500 channels mostly SD for now. Enquired about HD feeds..he said company don't have HD channels for now..they are on talk with broadcasters and everything will be resolved in period of 30-45 days.
Also I asked him to give list of channels...he said they will update their website when they confirm it from broadcasters.
