Yes the remote is great and logo is engraved both front and back, some remote has print not engraved.

PQ on this STB I felt was a but dull and it seems a new update will be pushed this month to fix the issues.

Also the dish u got doesn't have HD logo ? Why they gave normal dish

Don't know.... I asked to dealer he said by mistake he gave me dish without hd logo.... But dish is same only logo is there....
