HELP Unable to Login to DishTV and Videocon Accounts

Hey,
Is anyone else facing this issue?
In d2h:-
When I try to login, it says -"Incorrect credentials" and when I try to reset password it shows error message-" The requested database MMSORADB is not defined in configuration. (Screenshot) "

In Dish TV:-
Nothing happens after I enter username and Password.

Is it because they integrating their database or something like that?
Saw people commenting on twitter about similar issue.

Error: "Customer already registered"

Surprisingly I am still unable to login to Dishtv and D2h both.
Seems like this issue is from their end.

You will not able to login at dishtv if problem persist then contact CC.

Also try login in the d2h App.
