Since I am using Tata sky universal remote, I am unable to play movies from my pen drive connected to TV. As I can't navigate to files or folders in the drive using Tata sky remote. I have asked earlier also but didn't get a reply. Any help is appreciated.

not using tata sky anymore else would have helped.

also i think you are the only tata sky user here having this product.
