HD Chanels are not coming in RBTV/Independent TV.
Says Signal Lost. Contact Customer Service..

Almost all the time, same message.
All SD Chanels are ok.

But few are getting deleted.
Even ETV Telugu is not available.....

Telugu Channels almost all disconnected.
only 6 are coming. (Gemini TV, Gemini Comedy, Gemini News, ETV, ETV Telangana, ETV AP)
Customer Care also not responding.

Kids Channels only 4-5 are coming.

Maximum Star Network disconnected.

May I know which stb r u using old (big tv) or new independent tv mine all channels are working in both stb
Which pack r u using monthly or freedom package

Thank you Adithya.

I tried all possible methods. After rotating/adjusting the dish, I am able to view channels.
But HD channels are not coming due to week signal.

The installation person is not done properly.

Now when I call the person who installed, he says "he is not belongs to Independent TV/BIG TV".
The person who called me for installation is not responding to any calls.

Customer Care is useless. They are not picking the call and not able to answer for any queries.

Will try to reach customer care and fix the issue.
